This application is to manage casual meetings and convert casual meetings to successful Leads.

Introduction


This application is designed to streamline and enhance the process of managing casual or informal meetings. In many professional environments, valuable opportunities often arise from unplanned or casual interactions, but these are not always tracked or followed up effectively. The proposed application captures such meetings, organizes them systematically, and assists users in converting these casual interactions into meaningful business leads.


Problem Statement


Professionals frequently engage in casual conversations that hold potential for future business opportunities. However, due to lack of structure, documentation, or timely follow-up, these opportunities are often lost. Existing CRM tools usually focus on formal interactions and do not provide dedicated features to record casual meetings or track their conversion potential. This gap leads to missed leads, inefficient follow-ups, and low conversion rates.
