AI in ICAI announces a 2-Day Faculty Identification Programme (FIP) for AI experts aspiring to become certified faculty for the AICA-Level 1 course. The program is open to eligible Chartered Accountants and professionals meeting the criteria.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Both Days)

Registration: The Faculty Identification Programme (FIP) is free of charge. ICAI will provide all meals at ICAI Centre of Excellence Plot No. 10 & 11, Road No. 2, I.T Park, Financial District, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032.
Eligibility for AICA Faculty:
Preferably Chartered Accountants who are AICA Level 1 Certified, with prior teaching experience and strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.
Registration Deadline:
31st March 2026 (5 PM)
Profile and Recording Submission:
- Profile Submission: Participants must upload their profile to Google Drive and submit the shared link through the designated Google Form.
- Recording of Short Video: Additionally, each participant must record a video (maximum duration: 120 seconds) showcasing their AI use case. The video must include both the faculty’s facial expression and technical content. Upload the video to YouTube or Google Drive and submit the link via the same Google Form. Ensure that the link is accessible to anyone with the link.
Shortlisting Process:
Participants will be shortlisted based on their profile and video submission. A confirmation email regarding shortlisting will be sent from ai@icai.in. Shortlisted participants will then be invited to fill out an online Google Form, upload travel tickets for final travel confirmation, and join a WhatsApp Group. Accommodation will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis, based on receipt of confirmed travel details. Upon successful submission of the Google Form, participants are required to join the official WhatsApp group to complete their enrolment for the FIP.
Additional instruction:
You will first fill out the form. Then you will receive a confirmation from our side regarding shortlisting. Once you are shortlisted, you will need to fill out another form. After that, your travel and accommodation will be agreed upon.
Travel and accommodation:
Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements to reach the venue by 10:00 AM on Saturday, 9th May 2026 and Plan
Accommodation on a double-occupancy basis will be provided by ICAI to outstation members for the night of 9th May 2026.
Note: In case a participant is unable to reach by 10:00 AM on 9th May 2026 due to travel constraints, they may arrive one day earlier, i.e., by 7:00 PM on 8th May 2026. For such members, ICAI will also provide accommodation for the night of 8th May 2026. Members are required to check out of the rooms by 10:00 AM on 10th May 2026. However, they may keep their luggage at the reception if required. Participants may plan their departure after 6:00 PM on 10th May 2026, as per their convenience. Members requiring accommodation beyond the above-mentioned period will need to make arrangements at their own expense. Please note that members from Hyderabad will not be eligible for accommodation.

Programme Schedule (9th May 2026 & 10th May 2026):
Prospective participants will undergo the following evaluations during the 2 days for selection as AICA Faculty:
One to One Use Case Presentation:
Each participant will give an 8–10-minute one-on-one presentation on a practical AI use case related to AICA-Level-1 modules, followed by a Q&A. The panel will evaluate and rate the presentation.Classroom Presentation:
Each participant must give a minimum 5-minute presentation on a topic of their choice using the given 4-slide template:- - Problem Statement
- - Technology Solution
- - Implementation Plan
- - Conclusion
- • Topics from the AICA Level 1 Certificate Course modules
- • Practical AI use cases
- • Latest AI trends in the market
The presentation will take place in front of all participants and the panel. After each presentation, all participants must submit feedback and rate the presenter via a Google Form.
Group Discussion Guidelines:
Each discussion will have at least five participants. Topics, based on the AICA Course and related to AI in Chartered Accountancy, will be given at the beginning. The discussion will last 10 to 20 minutes. A panel will observe and evaluate the group’s performance accordingly.
AI Technical Quiz:
Participants will take part in a quiz where experts will ask questions related to Artificial Intelligence.

Participants can answer these questions during the session, and the experts will assess their responses.
