Inviting AI Research Paper Submission at
AI Innovation Summit 2025

Introduction:
AI in ICAI is pleased to announce a call for AI research paper submissions on Transforming Accounting, Audit, Tax and Governance. As part of our commitment to fostering innovation and advancing knowledge in AI, we invite researchers, academicians, and professionals to submit their original research papers. Final Shortlisted Entries would be invited for presentation in AI Innovation Summit-AIS 2025 on 19th July,2025 (5 PM Onwards).

Important Dates

Submission Deadline (Online)
May 30, 2025 (by 5:00 PM IST)

Announcement of Shortlisted Papers: Shortlisted Participants would be invited to present the paper online on 5th/6th/7th June,2025 and Further three Finalist would be invited to present the paper on Final Presentation by Authors: July 19, 2025 (from 5:00 PM onwards) at Buntara Bhavan, Pune.

Note: ICAI will make travel and stay arrangements for 3 Final Presenters.

We welcome high-quality research papers focusing on, but not limited to:

• AI in Financial Reporting and Forensic Audit
• Generative AI in Tax Advisory and Compliance
• AI-Powered Risk Management & Fraud Detection
• AI Governance, Ethics & Explainability in CA Profession
• AI for MSMEs and Financial Inclusion
• LLMs for Automation in Accounting and ERP
• AI in Regulatory Tech and Corporate Governance
• Responsible AI & Data Privacy in Financial Systems
• AI for ESG Reporting and Sustainability Compliance

✍️ Submission Guidelines

• Papers must be original, unpublished, and written in English
• File format: PDF, maximum length: 10 pages (including references/appendices)
• Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
• Use standard academic citation and formatting norms

🧪 Review & Selection
All papers will be reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts based on:

• Originality & Relevance
• Methodological Rigor
• Writing Clarity
• Practical Application in the CA domain
• Contribution to AI-driven innovation

🏆 Recognition
Top presentations will be honored with awards and featured on AI in ICAI official platforms.
