Sandhya Khamesra is a Chartered Accountant and Founder & CEO of Pricoris LLP, with 35+ years of experience across governance, risk, assurance, information security, privacy, business continuity and digital trust. Her professional journey has progressed from financial assurance and audit to information security, management systems, privacy, cyber resilience and responsible AI governance.

She has worked as an information security auditor, lead trainer, Regional Business Head – North India at BSI India, and later held COO-level responsibility for cybersecurity, privacy, risk and resilience practices. In 2019, she founded Pricoris LLP, focusing on privacy, cybersecurity, information security, artificial intelligence governance and digital trust.

In Artificial Intelligence, Sandhya has led Responsible AI and ISO/IEC 42001 implementation and advisory work for large organizations, including Big Four environments. Through Pricoris LLP, she has trained 3,000+ professionals on Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. Her training is implementation-oriented, covering AI system impact assessment, AI risk assessment, lifecycle governance, EU AI Act classification, human oversight, control implementation, evidence management and audit readiness.

She has also led the development of practical AI governance and assurance capabilities, including an AIMS GRC platform for managing AI systems from project clearance to retirement. The platform supports AI inventory, impact assessment, risk assessment, control applicability, evidence tracking, vendor governance and management reporting.

Her work also includes AI red teaming and guardrail assessment approaches for LLMs, RAG systems, chatbots, AI agents and enterprise AI applications, aligned to OWASP LLM, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 27001.

Her current advisory work covers DPDP Act implementation, privacy governance, cybersecurity and AI risk management for large organizations across manufacturing, mining, ports, banking, insurance and professional services sectors.
