Terms & Conditions
- Bidder is required to provide the One Sample as per scope of work for Verification within 3-4 Days of PO Issue, and approval before the Final Production. In case of quality Rejection, ICAI may go to L2 Bidder for l1 negotiated Rate.
- ICAI will place orders for conference bags on a rolling basis as registrations increase. If required, ICAI will confirm any additional quantity on 26th June 2026, and the bidder must be ready to supply it by 27th June 2026.
- Bidder shall be responsible to delivery of item and replace the faulty item.
- Bidder is required to submit Password protected PDF https://ai.icai.org/ais2026/bid.php
- Delivery shall be made mandatorily as per timelines specified. Bidder should have valid GST registration number and meet all legal requirements.
- Invoice shall be raised to Secretary, AI , ICAI Bhawan, ITO, New Delhi, 110002 GST: 07AAAAT7798M1ZL ai@icai.in
ICAI reserves all the right to call for any other details or information from any of the bidders and ICAI reserves all rights to reject any bid at any time, at any stage, fully or partly.
ICAI will not pay any other cost except quotes above.
ICAI may negotiate with the L1 bidder and may engage multiple bidders to ensure timely delivery, as the rate contract is finalized with the L1 bidder.
