Signboard and Records Maintenance
Problem
A registered taxpayer having single or multiple offices in the country, required to comply with the guidelines in relation to compliance of maintaining a signboard and records at the place of business under the CGST Rules, 2017, particularly Rule 18 and Rule 56, wants to issue an internal policy / advisory alongwith a checklist for necessary compliance to avoid any non compliance and adverse action by GST Department.
