Auto download of all mails having 26AS in attachment
Problem
At present mails having specific attachments such as Form 26AS can be downloaded manually by opening every mail when it is received. But with the use of Zapier AI, all mails having 26AS as attachment can be downloaded automatically. This AI tool keep watch on every mail received in the mail ID linked with this tool and auto downloads Form 26AS received as attachment in the mail. This downloaded attachment can be saved in google drive. There is no need to run this prompt manually every time. This is one time set up only. It runs automatically every time when new mail is received. Even if the computer is turned off, it can download the attachment and save it in drive.
Prompt Input
Click on Zap in Zapier AI. Click on “Trigger” and select “gmail”. Trigger event- “New attachment”. Label or mailbox- Inbox. Search keyword- “26AS”. Test the trigger. Click on filter by Zapier. In Only contains if-Select Attachment file name contains Choose condition-Select Text contains Enter text-mention 26ASAdd or rule group- Repeat it. Click on “AI by Zapier”. Build mode- Analze-Analyze text. Input filed- My document Field value- Click on + and select “attachment”. In prompt, write this prompt "Prompt- Write this prompt.
