3. Steps: I had provided the following Prompt ,Create a very small PPT for Presenting In AI Hackathon Season 4 ,ICAI covering Use Cases of Microsoft Co-Pilot in Excel and Word
4. Outcome: Copilot Generated an Interactive Presentation In Powerpoint

Use 2: Excel

1. Description: Copilot use In Excel.
2. Objective: Analyze Data In Excel using Copilot
3. Steps:For determining Bonus Eligibility of employees based on Company’s Policy, I had provided prompt -In this sheet, Provide me employees who are eligible for bonus as per criteria Sales >85000 , Attendance >87% and Customer Rating >4.3 .Provide me the values in Column E.
4. Provide data insights

1. Insert Column from Another Sheet-I have email of each employee In another sheet . Please insert email id of each employee in a separate column in this sheet
2. Outcome: Copilot Provided me employees eligible for Bonus based on above parameters in a separate column
3. Copilot Provided me data insights like what is the average sales , customer rating , attendance percentage ,lowest and highest attendance , sales , customer rating

2. Objective: Draft Engagement Letter In Word using Copilot and get Audio Summary of the same
3. Steps:For drafting letter , I had provided the following prompt , Based on this appointment Letter , Please Draft an Engagement Letter from M/s XYZ Chartered Accountant To M/s ABC Client as per ICAI Guidelines , specifying management responsibilities , Auditors Limitation of Liability .
4. On the sidebar of Word , I clicked on the audio icon and audio summary starts playing
