Here is the date collected from customers from CRM cube:

Our object is to create a summary view of operational performance based on customer reviews. AI Copilot comes handy (built-in Office 365), and it create a report in no time. The questions I used to create the performance report are,

1. Summarise the reviews
2. Create suggestions for improvement

1. Get Insight on Data

We have a HRM cube data. We are asked to prepare some management presentations. See screenshot below for the sample data we use in this use case. Before we use this, we have to improve this data and audit the data as well. Following are the questions posted in Copilot AI. The AI result gives us an option to apply the suggestive changes which saves us from creating complex formulas and macro.

In the screenshot below, the “Hire Date” was in US date format which was corrected to dd/mm/yyyy but running the macro that Copilot AI provided. Also, Copilot AI provided Lookup formula to find the department from the Role vs Department table. Copilot AI came up with “Apply” option which applied the lookup formula on the entire database. Using Copilot AI to identify duplicate employees as part of Audit trial is done fast than manual formatting or using formula.
