PROBLEM STATEMENT
The current process of preparing tax audit returns is highly dependent on manual effort, where data is compiled from books of accounts, accounting software, bank statements, GST returns, and physical documents. Forms such as 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD are filled clause by clause through manual data entry, after which the information is uploaded into tax audit software and finally filed on the Income Tax portal. This traditional workflow is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to human errors, making cross-verification and reconciliation difficult. The heavy reliance on manual work increases compliance risks, exposes professionals to potential penalties, and significantly reduces overall efficiency in the tax audit filing process.

The Unified AI-Driven Audit Console functions as a single centralized Hologram Annexure Console that integrates all tax audit modules into one seamless platform. It allows effortless upload of ledgers, statements, and annexures without the need for manual segregation. Each audit module operates independently while remaining fully synchronized with the master audit file, ensuring consistency and data integrity across the entire audit process. All processed outputs are automatically written directly to the linked Google Sheet ID, enabling real-time access, review, and collaboration without repetitive data handling.

Technology Stack – System Architecture Overview
The solution is built on a modern, lightweight, and highly scalable technology stack that seamlessly integrates the Frontend, RPA automation layer, AI model, and Backend processing engine. The Frontend provides an intuitive user interface for uploading documents, triggering audit modules, and viewing real-time results. The automation backbone is powered by n8n, which acts as the central orchestration engine connecting all workflows. Through n8n, robotic process automation (RPA) workflows are triggered and simultaneously routed to the AI Model for intelligent analysis, validation, and interpretation. The Backend handles business logic, data processing, storage, and system integrations, while HTML5 is used to ensure fast, responsive, and cross-platform user interface performance. This modular architecture ensures high performance, easy scalability, and seamless integration of AI with enterprise audit workflows.
