PROBLEM STATEMENT

The current process of preparing tax audit returns is highly dependent on manual effort, where data is compiled from books of accounts, accounting software, bank statements, GST returns, and physical documents. Forms such as 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD are filled clause by clause through manual data entry, after which the information is uploaded into tax audit software and finally filed on the Income Tax portal. This traditional workflow is time-consuming, repetitive, and prone to human errors, making cross-verification and reconciliation difficult. The heavy reliance on manual work increases compliance risks, exposes professionals to potential penalties, and significantly reduces overall efficiency in the tax audit filing process.
