I am pleased to formally submit my use case titled “GST Guruji”, along with the additional

domain-specific chatbots demonstrated during my session.

The aim of these chatbots is to showcase how profession-focused AI assistants can

simplify client communication, reduce repetitive basic queries, and provide quick

access to general information—while ensuring that the Chartered Accountant remains the

central authority for professional judgement and case-specific advisory.

GST Guruji is an informational GST assistant developed using Meta AI Studio and Chat GPT

for prompts. It provides simplified, publicly available information on frequently asked GST

topics such as eligibility, documentation, compliance timelines, and common provisions.

The chatbot clearly communicates that it does not provide legal, financial or personalised

professional advice and is meant only for general guidance.

In addition to GST Guruji, I also demonstrated other customised assistants such as:

CA Ashok Sharma Bot – for initial client interactions, general office information and

routine queries.

Prompt Professor – a training and learning-oriented bot designed to help users

understand prompts, tools and simple AI concepts.

Each chatbot has been designed with well-defined boundaries to ensure responsible use

and to align with the platform's guidelines.

One of the key highlights of this use case is that these chatbots are extremely easy to

create—they require no coding and can be deployed quickly. They offer a major advantage

over many traditional custom models: they can be trained, adapted and fine-tuned by the

creator depending on the scenario, domain, audience or professional need. This

flexibility makes them highly practical for CA practices, small teams, and service-based

organisations.

As requested, I am also sharing the WhatsApp links of a few chatbots created by me,

including GST Guruji, CA Ashok Sharma, and Prompt Professor, so the jury may directly

experience how they work in real time. 1. Chat with GST Guruji on WhatsApp: https://wa.me/ais/844723841256892?s=5 2. Chat with CA Ashok Sharma on WhatsApp: https://wa.me/ais/1144028263786838?s=5 3. Chat with Prompt Professor on WhatsApp: https://wa.me/ais/1305753594061219?s=5

I believe this solution demonstrates a practical, scalable and responsible approach towards

integrating AI into professional workflows, particularly in areas like GST where foundational

queries are frequent.
