Module 1 – Secure Client Authentication

The client initiates the Telegram bot.

The bot requests the registered mobile number.

The system automatically:

  1. verifies ownership of the mobile number
  2. maps the user to authorised client entities
  3. grants access only to linked clients

This eliminates traditional usernames and passwords while ensuring secure client identification.

Module 2 – Intelligent Client Dashboard

After authentication, each client receives a personalised dashboard containing:

  1. 📂 Request Files
  2. 📤 Upload Files
  3. 💬 AI Chat
  4. 👤 My Profile
  5. 🌐 GST Ledger Balance Viewer

Each menu is dynamically generated based on the authenticated client.

Module 3 – Intelligent Document Upload Workflow

Instead of uploading files randomly, the system guides the client through a structured workflow.

The platform automatically stores documents in predefined client folders without requiring manual organisation.

Module 4 – AI-Powered GST JSON Validation

When a client uploads a GSTR-1 JSON file, the system automatically performs multiple validation checks before accepting the return json.

The validation engine verifies:

  1. Valid JSON structure
  2. GSTIN checksum validation
  3. HSN code verification against the master database
  4. Duplicate invoice detection
  5. Invalid HSN lengths
  6. Invalid GST numbers
  7. Mandatory field validation

If errors are detected, the client instantly receives a detailed validation report through Telegram.

If validation succeeds:

  1. the JSON is automatically forwarded to the designated Chartered Accountant via email,
  2. the client receives confirmation,
  3. and the workflow proceeds without manual intervention.

Module 5 – Intelligent Tally Data Processing

When a client uploads a Tally Data:

The platform automatically:

  1. accepts ZIP/RAR archives
  2. extracts the data
  3. verifies the presence of valid Tally company data
  4. validates the structure
  5. repairs incorrect company folder names when necessary
  6. prepares the data for further accounting analysis

No manual verification is required.

Module 6 – Automated Financial Statement Generation

After successful validation of the Tally backup, the Accounting Engine processes the extracted data and automatically prepares financial statements in the formats prescribed by ICAI.

The generated reports include:

  1. Balance Sheet
  2. Profit & Loss Account
  3. Trial Balance
  4. Schedules
  5. Notes to Accounts (where applicable)
  6. Ratio Analysis
  7. Supporting Working Papers

These reports are generated automatically without requiring manual preparation.

Module 7 – AI-Powered Financial Analysis

Beyond preparing financial statements, the platform performs an automated financial review.

The Financial Analysis Engine evaluates:

  1. liquidity
  2. profitability
  3. solvency
  4. leverage
  5. working capital efficiency
  6. turnover ratios
  7. expense trends
  8. revenue trends
  9. abnormal ledger movements
  10. unusual accounting patterns

The Chartered Accountant receives:

  1. the validated Tally data,
  2. ICAI-compliant financial statements,
  3. and a comprehensive financial analysis report,

enabling faster professional review and decision-making.

Module 8 – Hybrid AI-Based Ledger Classification

One of the most innovative components of the platform is its hybrid ledger classification engine.

The system primarily uses a deterministic rule-based engine to classify ledgers according to predefined accounting rules.

Examples include:

  1. Balance Sheet classification
  2. Profit & Loss classification
  3. Current vs Non-current assets
  4. Direct vs Indirect expenses
  5. Capital vs Revenue items

This ensures explainable and consistent accounting treatment.

If a ledger cannot be confidently classified using predefined rules, the platform automatically escalates the decision to a locally deployed Language Model.

The fallback model uses:

  1. Qwen 2.5B
  2. deployed locally through llama.cpp

The AI analyses:

  1. ledger name
  2. parent groups
  3. transaction patterns
  4. contextual accounting information

to recommend the most appropriate classification.

This hybrid architecture combines deterministic accounting expertise with AI-assisted reasoning, significantly improving automation while maintaining professional reliability.

Module 9 – Intelligent GST Ledger Balance Viewer

The platform also enables clients to securely retrieve GST ledger balances without directly accessing the GST portal.

The workflow is as follows:

  1. The client selects GST Ledger Balance Viewer.
  2. The server launches a browser session and opens the GST portal.
  3. The server retrieves the CAPTCHA image from the portal.
  4. The CAPTCHA image is transmitted securely to the client through Telegram.
  5. The client enters the CAPTCHA value.
  6. The entered CAPTCHA is sent back to the server.
  7. The server completes the login process using the stored GST credentials.
  8. The platform automatically navigates to the Electronic Ledgers section.
  9. The latest balances of the Electronic Cash Ledger, Electronic Credit Ledger, and Electronic Liability Register are retrieved.
  10. The balances are formatted and delivered to the client through Telegram in a clear, user-friendly format.

This approach ensures that GST credentials remain on the secure server while still allowing the client to complete the mandatory CAPTCHA verification.

Module 10 – Intelligent Workflow Automation

Once validations and processing are complete, the system automatically:

  1. stores processed files
  2. routes documents to appropriate modules
  3. sends email notifications
  4. updates workflow status
  5. archives processed data
  6. records audit logs

without requiring manual intervention.

Artificial Intelligence Components

The solution incorporates multiple AI paradigms.

1. Rule-Based Expert System

Professional accounting knowledge has been encoded into deterministic validation and decision-making rules.

This includes:

  1. GST validation
  2. HSN verification
  3. Accounting classifications
  4. Financial statement preparation
  5. Workflow routing
  6. Tally verification

These rule-based engines ensure high accuracy, explainability, and compliance with professional standards.

2. Hybrid AI Classification

Whenever deterministic rules are insufficient, the system invokes a local Large Language Model (Qwen 2.5B via llama.cpp) to analyse ambiguous accounting scenarios and recommend appropriate classifications.

This hybrid approach combines the reliability of rules with the contextual reasoning capabilities of modern AI.

3. Intelligent Decision Engine

The platform continuously determines:

  1. which validation engine to invoke,
  2. which workflow to execute,
  3. how to classify uploaded documents,
  4. when to escalate to AI,
  5. and how to route processed information,

creating an adaptive, context-aware automation pipeline.
