Procedure to Record Transactions

1. Type the EazyAuto4 : Excel to Tally Software  in browser and download the AI Tool
2. After downloading and installing the tool
3. Open the data of tally where we have to record the transactions and open the Eazyauto4 AI tool
4. Click on excel to tally  Columnar Voucher Register
5. Select use template, and then under source workbook Name click select and select the document of excel which have all the transaction recorded.
6. Select from row starting to end from the excel sheet from where the transaction starts.
7. And just allot column of the transaction accordingly to excel sheet of transaction.
8. Then select import entries, it will generate the selected information in its template
9. Move to entries in sheet, check whether all the entries have been imported by the totaling of data provided.
10.  Then select save and generate entries. Then Dialog box will appear under there select “refresh entries from excel”
11.    Then select all the pop-ups and then click on “Book in Tally”

You will see all the entries will automatically record in tally
